What is Blockugan?

Blockugan is a fan-made project inspired by the popular Bakugan toy line and anime series. The goal is to create a Minecraft mod that brings the Generation 1 Bakugan of Battle Brawlers to Minecraft Java Edition, allowing players to collect Bakugan, set gate cards, play ability cards, and brawl their friends and NPCs with anime-style rules.

  2. Create Blockugan models Up next

    Render 3D models for all Bakugan characters in the iconic Minecraft style.

  3. Create NPC models and AI Planned

    Render 3D models for all NPC characters and implement AI behavior.

  4. Core battle system Planned

    Create gate cards, ability cards, and implement battle mechanics.

  5. Alpha Planned

    Playable battles with the six guardian Bakugan.

  6. Public Beta Planned

    Full Season 1 roster, wild spawns, and NPC brawlers.
